**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise electrical installation, testing, and maintenance activities across various projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Oversee the work of electrical technicians, subcontractors, and other team members, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Collaborate closely with project engineers and managers to interpret and implement project specifications, electrical drawings, and technical documentation.
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, industry regulations, and client requirements.
- Provide technical support and advice on electrical systems, troubleshooting issues, and recommending solutions where necessary.
- Manage the procurement and timely delivery of electrical materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve project-related issues or delays.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of work performed, including test reports, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations on all project sites, conducting risk assessments and implementing necessary corrective actions.
- Assist in mentoring and training junior staff and new employees.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar role within an engineering consultancy or construction environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems.
- Proven ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical documents.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC, or local standards).
- Experience with electrical testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Certification in health and safety management (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is an advantage..
