**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Designing and planning menus tailored to clients' preferences and event requirements
- Overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency across all dishes
- Managing kitchen staff, including delegation of tasks and supervision during events
- Coordinating with event planners, vendors, and staff to ensure seamless execution of catering events
- Upholding high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in the kitchen and during events
- Adhering to budgetary constraints and optimizing cost-efficiency without compromising quality

**Requirements**:

- Culinary degree or equivalent formal training from a reputable institution
- Proven experience as a catering chef or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale events
- Strong culinary skills and creativity in menu development and presentation
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
