**Responsibilities**
- Answers phone calls in a polite, cordial manner and maintains proper telephone etiquette.
- Initiates insurance requests for approval and does necessary follow-ups.
- Liaises with Insurance companies regarding insurance coverage network.
- Fills and ensures that the insurance claim form is done accurately to facilitate the reimbursement process.
- Follow-ups with Clinic patients regarding their treatment plans and does necessary arrangements for their appointments.
- Coordinates with Doctors of Chiropractors and Physiotherapists regarding the completion of medical reports.
- Does regular audits for claim forms and medical reports to avoid any insurance rejection.
- Monitors insurance office payments process and does regular follow-up regarding delayed dues.
- Accepts additional duties, within the scope of practice like:

- Patient registration
- Booking appointments
- Billing tasks
- Interpretation duties
- Clerical works

**Requirements and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field.
- Excellent English and Arabic verbal/written communication skills.
- Communicates clearly and concisely in both oral and written formats
- Basic computer literacy.
- Exposure to customer service principles.
- Previous experience with insurance workflow.
- Knowledge of medical terminology especially the related ones to Chiropractic field.
