Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Subtitle Translator to join our team. You will be responsible for creating accurate and engaging subtitles for a variety of video content, ensuring optimal accessibility and understanding for our global audience.

An experienced translator to translate Arabic to English & English to Arabic video subtitles with various Arabic dialects.

**Requirements**:
Minimum experience of 2 years in subtitles translation

Condense spoken content into concise subtitles while preserving meaning, tone, and cultural nuances.

Adapt subtitles to fit the visual constraints of the video (timing, line breaks, character limits).

Ensure subtitles are synchronized with the audio and video, seamlessly following the speaker's pace and pauses.

Proofread and edit subtitles for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Research and incorporate specialized terminology specific to the video content.

Collaborate with project managers, editors, and other stakeholders to deliver subtitles on deadline.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in subtitling and localization.

Qualifications:

- Native fluency in both the source language(s) and target language(s) with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Proven experience in translating video content, preferably with experience in closed captioning and/or subtitling for various media formats.Solid attention to detail and ability to work meticulously with accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong research and analytical skills for handling specialized terminology and cultural references.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
