We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager specializing in SMEs and KOLs. In this role, you will expand and manage SME clients and KOLs, driving growth on the exchange platform and establishing industry connections. You will lead the strategic market expansion efforts, focusing on building high-value partnerships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Expand and establish business partnerships with SMEs, driving market share growth.
- Develop and execute business development strategies, with a focus on 0-1 market expansion.
- Lead and manage the BD team, ensuring the achievement of team goals.
- Maintain and expand a broad network in the Payment and SME sectors.
- Analyze market trends regularly, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Demonstrate proven BD performance, continually optimizing expansion processes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with **5+ years **of experience in business development.
- Familiar with the digital currency industry, with an extensive network in Payment and SMEs.
- Experience in 0-1 market expansion, with successful cases to showcase.
- Proven experience in managing a BD team, with the ability to lead effectively.
- Strong goal orientation, capable of achieving tasks under high pressure.
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Industry influencer or experience in the iGaming sector is a plus.
- Language: Proficient in English; additional language is a plus.
