**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring proper documentation and organization.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Handle inquiries and requests from clients and vendors professionally and promptly.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience as an office secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
