**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver highly personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and providing timely assistance.
- Handle all guest requests efficiently and professionally, ensuring seamless execution of services.
- Maintain and manage guest rooms, ensuring cleanliness, order, and comfort.
- Serve meals, refreshments, and manage in-room dining with impeccable presentation and etiquette.
- Coordinate guest preferences, such as room settings, dining requests, or leisure activities.
- Assist with packing and unpacking luggage, garment care, and personal concierge services.
- Provide thorough knowledge and recommendations for hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, concierge, and dining) to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Maximum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel, resort, or private residence.
- Fluency in **English, Spanish, Arabic, French, or Japanese** is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask while maintaining a calm, composed demeanor.
- Certification in hospitality or relevant qualifications in luxury services is an advantage.

- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized, discreet service.
