C'est pourquoi nous concevons des formations et des contenus pour transmettre un **ensemble d'outils et de stratégies centrés sur les soft-skills, le développement personnel et la performance.**

Le défi est que certaines personnes vivent le fait de se former comme ennuyeux, trop difficile, ou au contraire : comme un truc de looser

Oui, nous avons tous connu ce professeur ennuyeux ou sommes tombés sur cette vidéo avec des théories perchées.

Il faut que ça change

Pour y remédier nous nous entourons d’ingénieurs pédagogiques et de chercheurs pour décortiquer les stratégies d’entrepreneurs tels que Richard Branson, Marc Simoncini, Gary Vee), d’artistes ( Gad Elmaleh) et d’athlètes de haut niveauet les transmettre de manière pédagogique.

**Aujourd’hui, cette approche a porté ses fruits,** et nous a permis de dépasser les 2 millions de followers sur les réseaux, d’organiser des événements et formations en ligne suivies par des milliers de personnes.

Mais on voulait plus, alors on a créé 2 nouvelles marques à l’ambition internationale.

Et c’est là que tu rentres en scène.

**TA MISSION**:

- **Ta mission principale est de générer de la croissance que ce soit en donnant vie aux stratégies de L’équipe Marketing, par la mise en place de la technique ou encore par ton obsession du tracking et l’optimisation des conversions.**

**1. **Créer,** refondre, intégrer et optimiser les tunnels de vente**:

- Tu es un véritable pilier pour donner vie aux stratégies de L’équipe Marketing. Avec toi, ils dessinent un funnel, une stratégie marketing composé de dizaines d’étapes, ton rôle c’est de passer de notre Miro (qui map l'enchaînement des actions marketing automatiques que va vivre le client) au paramétrage de chacun des outils pour que tout fonctionne à merveille.
- Tu es une interface entre l’équipe Marketing qui ne comprend pas grand chose à la technique et l’équipe de dev qui ne comprend pas les enjeux Marketing ou sont occupés à du développement plus complexe.

**2. Paramétrage d’outils Marketing et d’e-learning**:

- Paramétrage des Webinars
- Création/Modification de Landing page/ Pages de vente / Formulaires de paiement
- Ajout/Modification de produits dans nos systèmes
- Installation de Script de Tracking ou autre
- Création d’outils de suivi automatique de KPI pour l’équipe marketing

Tu es à l’aise avec des outils techniques très différents, les configurer correctement sans rien oublier, fouiller toutes les possibilités d’un outil et trouver des manières de faire mieux.

Tu comprends l’HTML, le javascript pour installer, modifier ou débugger un script existant.

**3. Tracking, Optimisation et Suivi des performances**:

- Mettre en place des outils de tracking ( Google Analytics, Pixels, A/B Tasty )
- Créer des tableaux de bord clairs pour suivre des metrics clés
- Mettre en place des splits tests (A/B) pour améliorer la conversation ( lead, vente )

**4. Imaginer et Implémenter de nouvelles stratégies de Growth Hacking pour accélérer**:

- Tu es à l'affût du nouvel outil qui peut tout changer
- Tu inventes de nouvelles manières de toucher nos cibles
- Tu Optimises la rétention de notre programme en “abonnement”
- Tu améliores le scoring des leads pour la team Sales.

**5. Automatiser l’intégration des outils entre eux**:

- Configurer Zapier, Integromat pour faire circuler correctement les données entre chaque outil
- Automatiser les Work Flow
- Tu aimes quand la machine nous gagne
