Project Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to projects.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of contracts, invoices, and
project records.
- Efficiently manage all correspondence related to ongoing projects, including
2. **Accounts Management**:
- Manage project financials including budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting.
- Process supplier and subcontractor payments per contract agreements
- Coordinate with the Accounts Manager in providing financial analysis and reports for project reviews.
3. **Supplier/Subcontractor Coordination**:
- Processing of LPOs
- Manage suppliers and subcontractors to ensure specifications, delivery and
payments
- Negotiate and review terms related to contracts and procurement. o Address and resolve any supplier/subcontractor issues efficiently.
4. **Contract Review & Compliance**:
- Read and interpret contracts to ensure compliance with terms and project
requirements.
- Support in resolving contract-related queries and issues.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**:5-10 years in project accounting and administration work with relevant experience in the construction industry.
- **Skills**:
- Proficient in handling project finances, documentation, and correspondence.
- Strong understanding of supplier/subcontractor management and contract
reading.
- Experience in procurement and purchasing processes.
- **Personal Attributes**:
- Assertive and strong communicator.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. o Ability to work independently and under pressure.
