**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, architects, designers, and contractors to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for growth.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years of experience in business development within the fit out industry, specifically in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong network of contacts within the fit out sector including developers, property owners, consultants, and contractors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving success.
