Sales Trainer

**Description**:
1. Regular training for the sales staff in the outlets (boutiques, wholesalers, office staff )

2. Trainings about the new launched products esp. in the boutiques

3. Shop floor training during the visit to the points of sales in the region

4. Training newcomers to the boutiques
- Subjects of the training:

- Product knowledge
- Sales Techniques
- Displays and presentation

5. Orientation
- Setting the training plan and follow up the objectives.
- Budget the training activities annually
- Organizing the sessions that are conducted by external trainers.

**Required Experience**:
1. Minimum 4 years sales & training experience in retail industry, preferably handling watches, jewellery

2. Technical skills / abilities:

- Excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of English & Arabic languages
- Ability to prepare presentations & write reports
- Ability to understand and communicate technical knowledge e.g. Watch movements
- Good understanding luxury retail environments

3. Personal skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills

- Acts as a role model
- Meet commitments and deadlines
- Willing to travel extensively
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and, customers
