**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a **Business Development Executive** located in Dubai at the **REE EXHIBITION ORGANIZING LLC.** The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. The Business Development Executive will work closely with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies and travel domestically and internationally to meet with clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop strong relationships with new clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and budgets
- Follow the latest trends and technologies, keep an event calendar, set goals, and accomplish them
- The Data Base of customers should be constantly updated in coordination with Line Managers or Department Leaders.
- Observe and measure the performance of individuals, and suggest corrective action when necessary
- Facilitate accurate and timely price quotes for clients, troubleshoot issues, and answer delivery questions for them. As well as preparing and executing proposals and contracts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2 years of experience of sales in Events & Exhibitions / Brand Activations / Advertising / Mall Activations/ Digital Marketing
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet targets
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience setting sales goals
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
