Job Title: Junior Data Analyst

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Experience: 3-5 years

Company Overview**:Eureka AI** is Indonesia based start-up and an Enterprise AI software platform provider to organize alternative / external data and a company’s internal data to deliver actionable intelligence at scale. Eureka team includes data scientist and engineers with a deep understand of building sophisticated analytics models and insights from data and ensuring these can be deployed and operationalized.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Collection and Processing**:

- Gather, process, and analyse large datasets from various sources.
- Cleanse and pre-process raw data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Implement data quality checks and validation procedures.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Perform statistical analysis and generate meaningful insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key performance indicators.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support decision-making.
- **Business Intelligence**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
- Present findings and analysis results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Data Visualization**:

- Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand charts, graphs, and reports.
- Utilize tools such as [mention specific tools, e.g., Tableau, Power BI] for effective data visualization.
- **Database Management**:

- Manage and optimize databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Collaborate with the IT team to enhance data infrastructure and architecture.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Proactively suggest and implement improvements to data processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in [relevant field, e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science].
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst with 3-5 years of hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
