**TTH Taste IMA Business Finance Lead**

Taste IMA - India, Middle East & Africa Business Finance Lead is accountable for regional financial performance, including TTH strategic agenda with synergies. Supporting Taste IMA Division whilst playing an independent ‘challenger role’ with Taste IMA leadership team.

Taste IMA Business Finance Lead forms an integral part of the Taste IMA leadership team, works closely with the TTH Finance regional Operations team & TTH Taste Business Finance Controller Team, the position is reporting to the Taste Head of Finance.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Be the Co-pilot of IMA Taste Business, responsible for Taste IMA financials (Budget/ RAF), from revenue to EBITDA contribution.
- Be the strategic partner of the Senior Vice President TTH Taste IMA and the Executive Team f the region. Provide accurate, relevant, timely financial & non-financial analyses to the Division: figures validated by finance for monthly activities, latest estimates/RAF/Budget or business cases for investments or strategic scenarios.
- Be the ambassador of financial and controlling culture promoting internal tools, full P&L performance analysis, Working Capital and Business Cases tracking during monthly management reviews and management meetings.
- Support the implementation of a strong local S&OP process & Inventory loss review process with actively participation
- Partner with the Division Controller, and TTH controlling team business & Operations to execute the strategy for the business and aligns it with TTH strategy and synergies deliveries. Prioritizes actions and investments, monitor KPIs to track implementation progress.
- Be active contributor in the Digital/ERP transformation journey and process simplification with TTH FP&A.
- Actively support local finance team in ongoing internal / external audits for all areas related to business.
- Participate in Business projects
- e.g. Customer negotiations, Variable pay targets, etc.

- Strong business and strategic acumen, demonstrating courage and conviction to drive change and to positively challenge and convey opinions at Executive meetings.

- Minimum of 5/10 years relevant finance experience as Finance Director, Business Controller, Pricing Officer having overseen region or Segment of minimum 0.2bn in revenues, with mixed commercial and finance experience.
- Experience built in Life science, FMCG and/ or Manufacturing environment
- Building teams during change. Collaborating and influencing, excellent interpersonal skills
