An excellent opportunity for an internal Talent Acquisition Manager Role has arisen for our client in Jebel Ali, Dubai.
Full-time, hybrid position to be located near Jebel Ali, Dubai with the ability to visit a local office 2-3 days a week

Must-Haves
1- English fluency
2- Experience conducting full-cycle recruitment on field service technicians (or similar skilled labor roles) and sales professionals
3- Sourcing experience in LinkedIn, Indeed, boolean and other local databases
4- Strong understanding of UK local employment law as it applies to hiring and interviewing
Nice-To-Haves
1- Workday ATS experience
2- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization as a part of a global Recruitment team

**Job Description**:
Our client is looking for an experienced Recruiter who has specialized in
Energy, Oil & Gas sectors, or rental companies

**What you'll do**:
Recruit full cycle, from source to hire for blue-collar and white-collar roles located in the UAE.
Roles will include field service technicians, direct sales professionals, IT and other roles as needed
Advise business leaders by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent
Build diverse talent pipelines using creative sourcing methods including referrals, online sourcing, partnerships, and events
Organize and facilitate interview debriefs
Drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation
Measure and report on sourcing and recruiting metrics (ex. source of hire and time-to-fill)

Experience Required.

Experienced full-cycle recruiting of roles within an organization
Experience recruiting mechanical and electrical technicians, sales, professional, engineering, and/or leadership positions
Proven track record for assessing talent and fulfilling roles.
Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems preferably Workday
Advanced sourcing experience
Strong organizational skills
Understanding of local employment law as it applies to hiring and interviewing
