Job Overview:

TheTalent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing andexecuting effective recruitment strategies to attract evaluate andhire qualified candidates. This role involves managing the endtoendrecruitment cycle enhancing employer branding and improvingcandidate experience to build a strong workforce that drives ourcompanys success.

KeyResponsibilities:

Strategic RecruitmentPlanning: Develop and implement creative recruitment strategiesthat align with ASTUDIOs objectives enhancing our ability to sourceattract and onboard top talent.

CandidateSourcing: Proactively source candidates through a variety ofchannels including social media platforms job boards networkingevents and employee referrals.

RecruitmentProcess Management: Oversee the recruitment process from jobposting to hiring ensuring a smooth efficient and positiveexperience for all candidates.

EmployerBranding: Collaborate with the marketing department to enhanceASTUDIOs employer brand across various platforms making the companya top choice for potential candidates.

Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with department heads andhiring managers to understand their hiring needs and jobspecifications ensuring alignment with businessgoals.

Interviewing: Conduct initial screeningcalls and participate in interview panels to assess candidatesskills culture fit and potential for success within thecompany.

Analytics and Reporting: Utilizerecruitment metrics to gauge effectiveness optimize processes andreport on recruitment activities to seniormanagement.

Onboarding: Coordinate with HR tofacilitate a seamless onboarding process helping new hiresintegrate into ASTUDIOsuccessfully.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration orrelated field.

Minimum of 5 years experience inrecruitment or talent acquisition preferably within the digitalmarketing or creative sectors.

Proven trackrecord of designing and implementing successful recruitingstrategies.

Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at alllevels of the organization.

Strong understandingof recruitment processes and candidate selectionmethods.

Proficient in the use of HR softwareand candidate management systems.

Passionateabout sourcing and recruiting the besttalent.
