Key Responsibilities

Fleet Management: Oversee fleet maintenance, repairs, registration, and renewals. Track out-of-service vehicles and ensure timely availability. Manage GPS installations and maintain vehicle records.

Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns while ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for rental.

Team Leadership: Supervise and train rental agents and drivers. Schedule shifts and monitor performance to maintain service standards.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and insurance policies. Manage accident reporting and follow-ups.

Operational Efficiency: Optimize fleet utilization, monitor rental performance, and collaborate with finance teams on billing and profitability.

Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on fleet status, utilization, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

Experience in fleet/operations management, preferably in car rentals.

Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and local regulations.

Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: AED 3,000 - AED 5,000 per month

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
