l Promote sales of off-plan properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.

l Develop a strong understanding of off-plan property market trends, challenges, and opportunities.

l Successful track record closing deals in UAE Real Estate Secondary Sales

l Establish a network with developers to stay updated on upcoming projects and offerings.

l Offer expert advice to clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.

l Maintain and update listings of available properties / Successful track record in acquiring new property listings

l Attend property launches and events to network and promote sales.

l Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

l Outstanding sales and negotiation skills

l - Results-oriented

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:_
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized and professional guidance to clients throughout the property transaction process.
- **Property Listings**:_
- List and market properties in the secondary market through Property portals such as : Property finder & Bayut
- Create appealing property listings with high-quality photos and detailed descriptions.

**Our Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of proven Dubai real estate market experience OFFPLAN /Secondary Expert
- High standard of written and spoken English (knowledge of more languages is a plus)
- ARAB Speaker is a must (Lady Preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- RERA regulated/trained
- Own a car and/or possess a valid UAE driving license
- Area expertise in one or more of the following: Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, JBR, Beachfront, Emirates Living, Jumeirah Village Circle, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills

**What We Provide**:

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
