Helper for Clinic

We are looking for Helper for the clinic responsible to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the clinic facility. To create a safe and comfortable environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The duties will include a wide range of housekeeping tasks to ensure that the clinic premises are clean, well-organized, and free from hazards.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Cleaning and Sanitization**: Perform routine cleaning and sanitization tasks to maintain a clean and germ-free environment. This includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces in all areas of the clinic, such as waiting rooms, examination rooms, restrooms, corridors, and common areas.
- **Waste Management**: Properly dispose of waste materials, including regular garbage, biohazardous waste, and medical sharps. Follow established protocols for waste segregation and disposal, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- **Restocking Supplies**:Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessary items in designated areas. Keep an inventory of cleaning materials and inform the supervisor when supplies need replenishment.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:Clean and maintain housekeeping equipment, such as vacuums, mops, and cleaning tools, to ensure their proper functioning. Report any equipment malfunctions or repair needs to the supervisor.
- **Infection Control**: Adhere to infection control protocols and guidelines to minimize the spread of infectious diseases. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary and follow established procedures for handling contaminated materials.
- **Safety Compliance**: Maintain a safe environment by identifying and promptly addressing any potential hazards, such as spills, slippery surfaces, or damaged equipment. Report safety concerns to the supervisor and follow established safety procedures.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Coordinate with other clinic staff, including healthcare professionals and administrative personnel, to ensure effective communication and cooperation in maintaining cleanliness and addressing specific cleaning needs or requests.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred but not always mandatory.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, infection control practices, and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with different cleaning equipment and materials.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
