**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Expertise in **HVAC**, **FIRE FIGHTING** AND **WATER SUPPLY** referring Mechanical plane Drawing, referring Riser detail drawing, Schematic drawing, Equipment properties and detail study and documentation in the area of HVAC, FIRE FIGHTING and WATER SUPPLY Equipment design.
- Knowledge of referring International and Local Building Standards & Codes of HVAC System.

**Skill Sets Required**:

- Design Consultancy Experience
- BIM/Drafting Skill
- Computer Skill
- Collaboration Skill
- Attention to Details
- Communication Skill

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Education Required**:

- Diploma/Bachelor degree/ ITI

**Minimum Experience Required**:

- 3- 7 years experience & 2+ years of minimum GCC experience

Software Knowledge:
Revit, Navis work, AutoCAD
