Position Overview:
Join our upcoming venture in Business Bay, Dubai, as a Property Analyst responsible for shaping investment strategies and crafting compelling offers for our pool of investors. Your role is crucial in ensuring profitable investments with mínimal risk exposure.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research, analyzing past and future trends in the Dubai real estate market for identifying lucrative investment opportunities.

2. Investment Offers: Develop persuasive investment offers tailored to our pool of investors, emphasizing profitability and risk mitigation.

3. Risk Management: Implement strategies to minimize the risk of financial loss for our investors, ensuring a secure investment portfolio.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align investment strategies with overall business objectives and market dynamics.

5. Client Communication: Effectively communicate investment proposals to clients, addressing inquiries, and providing detailed insights to build trust.

6. Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of recommended investments and adjust strategies as needed to optimize profitability.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience: 5-8 years of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of both historical and emerging market trends.

2. Risk Mitigation: A track record of successfully structuring investment opportunities with mínimal risk exposure for investors.

3. Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen, with the ability to create detailed financial models and projections.

4. Commission Structure: In addition to a competitive salary, a commission will be offered based on the profitability of investments recommended by the analyst, providing a tangible incentive for success.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex investment concepts clearly.
