**Job Requirements**:

- Fluency in English is necessary, with proficiency in a European language considered a strong advantage.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Proven expertise in Technical Project Leadership, Key Account Management, and Project Planning, demonstrating a successful project delivery record.
- Active involvement in project teams, contributing from project initiation to successful completion.
- Proficiency in providing architectural guidance for new solutions and services across various technology domains.
- Continuous research on emerging technologies, including IT, OT, software, and related areas.
- Capability to translate functional requirements into detailed architecture and design documentation.
- Experience in conducting technical deep-dive sessions and architecture discussions with clients and partners on-site.
- Proficiency in delivering compelling technical demonstrations and sales presentations for customer events, simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.

This role includes occasional travel within EMEA and APAC countries, including on-site deployment for several weeks to a month as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Industry certifications in 3rd party solutions like Genetec, Milestone, CCure, Nedap, etc., are a big plus.
- Hands-on experience in deploying Security Management Stations and 3rd party subsystems is essential.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Clustering/SQL Clustering/High Availability/Fault Tolerance principles is an advantage.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V, etc.) is necessary.
- Understanding cloud subscription models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) is beneficial.
- Experience in vertical markets like Metros, Healthcare, Airports, or Public Sector (including Oil & Gas) is valuable.
