**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Sales Role**

1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently exceed sales targets and boost revenue in both B2B and B2C sectors.

2. Conduct comprehensive market research, including competitor analysis, to tailor strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences.

3. Engage with potential clients through multiple channels: walk-in clients, digital platforms, and outdoor outreach.

4. Recommend suitable products to customers based on their preferences. Explain product features and advantages, offer samples, and ensure consistent customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.

5. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, customizing solutions to address individual client requirements.

6. Promote company products in the market, showcasing strong sales skills and negotiating deals with new clients.

7. Negotiate sales agreements and terms for mutual benefit.

8. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

9. Provide regular and accurate sales reports for management decisions.

10. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, making adjustments to strategies as necessary to meet targets.

**Marketing Role**

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to create captivating campaigns that boost brand recognition.

2. Strategically plan and create engaging content for a variety of marketing platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.

3. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing approaches.

4. Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote our products and network with potential clients.

5. Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including product catalogs and presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- A minimum of 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience in the UAE têxtile industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, trends, products, and customer behaviors within the têxtile domain.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in conducting comprehensive market research and competitor analysis, with a proven record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, excelling independently and in teamwork. Capable of taking initiative and managing time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
