Title: Join Our Team as a Service Advisor: Responsibilities and Monthly Targets

We're hiring a Service Advisor to join our team As a Service Advisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting customers and assessing their needs
- Providing accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with the service department
- Communicating progress updates to customers
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and services provided

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, customer service experience, and technical knowledge of automotive systems. You should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.

In addition to these responsibilities, you'll be expected to meet monthly targets. To achieve this, you'll need to be proactive in your approach to customer service. You should focus on building strong relationships with customers, ensuring that they feel valued and heard throughout the service process. Additionally, you should leverage data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mussafah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- SERVICE ADIVISOR ABUDHABI: 3 years (required)
