Mission au sein d’un grand groupe spécialisé dans les transports.

**Contexte**:
Au sein de l’équipe réseau global, nous recherchons un expert en communication unifiée situé au plus près de l’activité de l’entreprise avec les missions suivantes:

- Participation aux projets d’évolution et de transformation de la ToIP/Visio.
- Analyse des besoins métier dans le cadre de projets techniques - Réalisation des documents d’exigences fonctionnelles et de spécifications techniques
- Mise en œuvre des demandes de services techniques - Gestion des modifications de configuration et des demandes d’expertise
- Support de niveau 3 sur les incidents ToIP et Visio - Support aux utilisateurs

**Mission**:

- Forte implication dans le projet actuel de transformation des communications unifiées:
**o Volet 1 - Evolution de la connectivité RTCP**: Remplacer l’accès local à la téléphonie par un hub téléphonique régional.
- Volet 2 - Politique des nouveaux appareils et définition des normes : Remplacement des hardphones par des softphones et rénovation, normalisation et déploiement de salles de réunion en vidéo-conférence.

**o Volet 3 - Remplacement de la solution UC**: Remplacer et unifier la solution de téléphonie d’entreprise pour tous les employés - Modernisation du service client

**- Sur son périmètre, l’expert agit activement sur**:

- L’ajustement, la validation et/ou la coordination du plan de migration ou d’exploitation
- La gestion des changements, la coordination et la gestion des demandes techniques
- La réalisation et la mise à jour de la documentation

**- La gestion des incidents et des problèmes**: analyse technique, coordination de la résolution des incidents, RCA.
- Le maintien en conditions opérationnelles (MRO) des infrastructures ToIP/Visio La gestion des obsolescences, des capacités et des vulnérabilités.

En outre, il peut être amené à interagir dans les domaines suivants:

- Besoins de l’entreprise et qualification des demandes - être le lien avec l’analyste de l’entreprise et les experts techniques afin de comprendre les exigences fonctionnelles et la définition des spécifications techniques et éventuellement obtenir des mises à jour.
- Audit de configuration et gestion du plan d’amélioration continue

Diplômé dans le domaine informatique ou équivalent, vous avez plus de 5 ans d’expérience dans la production et l’exploitation de communications unifiées. Des compétences techniques en réseau sont requises.

Une bonne compréhension de toutes les briques du système d’information, couches applicatives, serveurs, virtualisation, Cloud sera appréciée.
