About theRole


Weare seeking a highly motivated and experienced PLM Unifier BusinessAnalyst to join our team. In this role you will play a pivotal rolein configuring administering and supporting our Oracle PrimaveraUnifier system. You will collaborate with stakeholders across theorganization to understand their needs and translate them intoeffective Unifier solutions ensuring optimal efficiency in ourProject Lifecycle Management (PLM)processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Bridgethe gap between business and technology by gathering and analyzingbusiness requirements for PLM processes and systems. Translatethese requirements into functional specifications and technicalconfigurations forUnifier.
  • Leverageyour expertise in Unifier to configure workflows business processesuser roles and data structures. Ensure seamless integrations withother enterprisesystems.
  • Developand maintain comprehensive PLM system documentation includingdesign documents configuration guides user manuals and trainingmaterials.
  • Provideongoing administration and support for Unifier encompassing usermanagement security configurations system upgrades patches andperformancetuning.
  • Proactivelytroubleshoot Unifier functionality and collaborate with technicalteams vendors and Oracle support to resolve complexissues.
  • Designand deliver user training programs to ensure successful adoption ofUnifier solutions and provide ongoing guidance tousers.
  • Continuouslymonitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.Implement enhancements to optimize PLM processes andworkflows.
  • Stayabreast of the latest Unifier features updates and industry bestpractices. Evaluate their applicability to our PLM environment andpropose strategicrecommendations.
  • Fosterstrong collaboration with crossfunctional teams including ITengineering project management and business stakeholders to drivealignment and achieve successful PLMinitiatives.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Certifiedin Oracle Unifier Product(required)
  • Aminimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis systemadministration and configuration of PLM systems with a focus onOracles Primavera Unifier(required)
  • Successfulimplementation of 3 or more Unifier instances(required)
  • Experienceas a Business Analyst for similar CDE (Common Data Environment)implementations(required)
  • Bachelorsdegree in Engineering Computer Science Information Systems or arelated field (required); Masters degreepreferred
  • Excellentpresentation communication and interpersonal skills(required)
  • Indepthdomain knowledge of construction and document management processes(required)
  • Strongtechnical skills in configuring and administering Unifier includingworkflows business processes user roles data structures andintegrations(required)
  • Proficiencyin PLM system administration tasks such as user management securityconfigurations system upgrades patches and performance tuning(required)
  • Excellentanalytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translatecomplex business requirements into practical Unifier solutions(required)
  • Strongcommunication and collaboration skills to effectively engage withstakeholders at all levels(required)
  • Experiencewith project management methodologies and tools (aplus)
  • OraclePrimavera Unifier certification or training is highlydesirable

Qualifications: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in EnterpriseArchitecture. Minimum of 2 years of experience administering andutilizing enterprise architecture tools. Proven experience with theLeanIX platform (certification preferred). Certified in TOGAF or asimilar enterprise architecture framework. Excellent communication,presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as partof a team. Experience working on at least 3 enterprise architectureprojects utilizing LeanIX.
