Our Client, a leading FMCG company is looking for an HR Manager with minimum 5 years of experience at both strategic & operational levels of human resource.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and administer various human resources plans, policies and procedures for all Company personnel.
- Develop organizational structure and make sure it's been regularly updated to reflect any changes from time to time.
- Plan, organize, and control all activities of the department, Participates in developing department goals, objectives, systems, and budgeting.
- Develop the job descriptions and ensure they align with each other.
- Monitor the performance of front-line staff and ensure that the objectives and targets on track, and develop and oversee all employee reward and recognition programs.
- Develop and track key performance Indicators KPIs for HR such as recruiting processes, employee engagement, turnover rates, training costs, to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Conduct employee exit interviews and getting feedback from staff who are about to leave the company.
- Run payroll operations, workers' compensation and WPS payments following policies and procedures.
- Handle company-wide medical insurance including renewal, addition, and deletion as well as day to day operations interaction with the insurance company.

**Qualifications**:

- BA in Business Administration or any related field, Master’s degree is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years working experience at both strategic and operational levels of human resources
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
