**Job Overview**:
**What you’ll do**:

- Align team staffing with the strategic goals and hiring plan of the Metropolitan Group, while ensuring that targets are set and continuous coaching and performance monitoring of sales agents.
- Managing sales performance and conversion rates to achieve targets set out by the Company on a monthly basis through monitoring of team’s KPIs, including calls, meetings, number of sales, number of leads, etc.
- To ensure high standards of work carried out by each agent under your management.
- Enforce proper use of CRM, IT, and other sales-enhancing tools among the team.
- Foster effective communication and integration between your team and other departments within Metropolitan Group to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Manage and motivate the team by providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Conduct regular team’ meetings to discuss the progress, identify opportunities and challenges, and provide feedback and coaching.
- Supervise, monitor, manage and take responsibility for all your team’s deals.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports to the Head of Sales on team performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
- Conduct daily team meetings to set the focus for the day and monitor the pipelines and the enquiries of the team.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with the ability to meet or exceed targets consistently.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, property transactions, and relevant legal regulations.
- Ability to analyze data, track performance, and develop effective sales strategies.
