The role involves managing end-to-end logistics processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing inventory, and fostering strong supplier relationships to support our growth and operational excellence.**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Excellence**:

- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution of perfume products.
- Optimize processes to achieve efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and industry standards for importing and exporting perfumes.
- Monitor and manage documentation such as DM/Montaji/ECAS registrations, addressing any compliance gaps.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers and distributors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials and finished products.
- Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and achieve cost savings.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Streamline supply chain processes to reduce lead times and operational costs, enhancing overall efficiency.
- Implement best practices for supply chain management specific to the perfume industry.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, improving pricing, delivery terms, and quality standards.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on performance, reliability, and cost.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Implement effective inventory control measures to manage stock levels, reduce excess or slow-moving inventory, and ensure product availability.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records.
- **Reverse Logistics**:

- Establish and manage reverse logistics processes for returns and exchanges, facilitating efficient handling and resale of products.
- Reduce return cycle times and discrepancies through effective process management.
- **Claim Management**:

- Oversee the claims management process for customer and insurance claims, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing processing times.
- **Warehouse Efficiency**:

- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for handling perfumes, including proper storage, picking, and packing processes.
- Improve order fulfillment accuracy and reduce errors through enhanced warehouse operations.
- **Transportation Optimization**:

- Develop and implement transportation strategies to improve route planning, reduce transit times, and minimize freight costs.
- Achieve annual savings through efficient transportation management.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with retail, sales, and marketing teams to forecast demand accurately and ensure inventory alignment with sales strategies.
- Support the integration of logistics and supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Establish quality control processes to ensure product integrity and compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and address quality issues related to product handling and storage.
- **Customer Service**:

- Implement strategies to enhance order fulfillment accuracy, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer issues related to logistics and delivery.
- **Technology Integration**:

- Lead the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) - **Mantis **and other relevant technologies to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency.
- Utilize technology for real-time tracking, data analysis, and improved decision-making.
- **Risk Management**:

- Develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions in the supply chain, including contingency planning for unforeseen events.
- **Performance Metrics**:

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, inventory turnover, and transportation costs.
- Provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve business goals.
- **Leadership and Team Development**:

- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
- Enhance employee morale and productivity through effective leadership and development programs.
