**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the bakery is well-stocked with high-quality baking ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of baking tools, utensils, and equipment.
- Develop and implement advertising and marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Create effective work schedules for staff members.
- Train staff in producing high-quality bakery items following proper food handling procedures.
- Strategically arrange bakery items in display cases to drive customer purchases.
- Inspect bakery items to uphold standards of quality, uniformity, and aesthetic appeal.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate's degree in culinary arts or baking and pastry arts is advantageous.
- Proven experience in managing a bakery.
- Sound knowledge of various baking techniques.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.

**Preferred**:
Experience in the FMCG Manufacturing Industry

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
