**Job description**

We are seeking a skilled Bakery/Showroom Supervisor to oversee bakery staff, uphold quality standards, train new team members, address customer concerns, and enforce bakery regulations and safety measures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily bakery operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
- Train and supervise bakery staff to maintain a high level of productivity and customer service.
- Ensure that quality and safety standards are consistently met.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Implement and enforce bakery standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Work to improve sales and customer satisfaction through effective leadership.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a bakery or similar role.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of bakery operations and safety regulations.
- Good communication and customer service skills.

**Preferred**:
Background in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) Industry

**Benefits**: Food Provided during working hours

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Restaurant: 2 years (required)
- Cafe/Bakery: 2 years (required)
