**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the recruitment process for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and design effective recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners in India.
- Organize and conduct bulk recruitment drives, job fairs, and mass hiring events.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and performance.

**Requirements**:
