Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic andexperienced Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. The idealcandidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiringtop talent for various roles within our Organization . Thisposition requires a deep understanding of the recruitment cycle,excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strongrelationships with candidates.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • TalentSourcing: Utilize various recruiting methods toidentify and attract qualified candidates for Finance and Legalroles.
  • Screening andInterviewing: Conduct thorough interviews toevaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fitfor ourorganization.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffingneeds and develop effective recruitmentstrategies.
  • CandidateManagement: Maintain regular communication withcandidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updatesand feedback.
  • MarketResearch: Stay informed about industry trends,competitor activities, and changes in the job market to attract toptalent.
  • EmployerBranding: Promote our company culture and values toattract candidates who align with our mission andvision.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience,preferably in agency or Inhouse
  • Proven abilityto manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-pacedenvironment.
  • Proficiency in applicant trackingsystems (ATS) and other recruitmenttools.
  • Ability to build relationships and workcollaboratively with cross-functional teams.

1. Sourcing andNetworking

  • CandidateSourcing: Proficiency in finding candidates throughvarious channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media,employee referrals, and professionalnetworks.
  • Networking:Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates,industry professionals, and networking groups to create a talentpool.
  • EmployerBranding: Promoting the organization as anattractive place to work by highlighting its culture, values, andbenefits, both online and offline.

2.Interviewing andAssessment

  • InterviewingSkills: Ability to conduct effective interviews(phone, video, or in-person) to assess a candidate'sskills, experience, and culturalfit.
  • AssessmentTools: Familiarity with various candidate assessmenttools, such as personality tests, skills assessments, andpsychometricevaluations.
  • BehavioralInterviewing: Ability to ask behavioral questions tounderstand a candidate's past experiences and how theywould handle future situations.

3.Candidate RelationshipManagement

  • CandidateEngagement: Maintaining positive relationships withcandidates throughout the hiring process to keep them engaged andinformed.
  • CandidateExperience: Creating a positive and seamlessexperience for candidates, from application to offer acceptance,ensuring they feel valued at everystage.
  • OfferNegotiation: Effectively negotiating job offers,including salary, benefits, and other terms of employment, tosecure top talent.

4.RecruitmentMarketing

  • JobAdvertisements: Writing compelling job descriptionsthat attract the rightcandidates.
  • Social MediaRecruitment: Using platforms like LinkedIn,Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to promote job openings and engagewith potentialcandidates.
  • Employer BrandDevelopment: Promoting the company'sculture, mission, and values through various marketing channels toattract quality candidates.

5.Data-DrivenRecruitment

  • Metricsand Analytics: Using recruitment metrics (e.g.,time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) to evaluate andimprove hiringprocesses.
  • RecruitmentTechnology: Proficiency with Applicant TrackingSystems (ATS) and recruitment software to streamline the hiringprocess, track candidates, and improveefficiency.
  • MarketResearch: Conducting research to understand industrytrends, salary benchmarks, and talentavailability.

6.Communication andNegotiation

  • StrongCommunication Skills: Ability to communicate clearlyand professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and otherstakeholders.
  • NegotiationSkills: Being able to negotiate terms and conditionswith candidates to successfully close the hiring process, ensuringboth the candidate and organization aresatisfied.
  • StakeholderManagement: Collaborating with hiring managers anddepartment heads to understand hiring needs and align talentacquisition strategies with businessgoals.
