_Sustainability consultants provide a full range of assessment, guidance and certification services to support industrial construction projects at all stages of the project lifecycle._

**The main Responsibilities are**:

- Ensure pre-construction and post-construction environmental assessments tailored to new build and fit-out projects for industrial, commercial and public sector buildings implement international standards.
- Help the Group to benefit from reduced environmental impact of buildings, improved building functionality and flexibility, reduced adverse health impact and reduced building running costs.
- Help conceptualize, coordinate, and oversee sustainability practices by suggesting /creating sustainable solutions
- Implement Technology to improve design and construction practices, gather data to monitor energy, water and other important elements to positively impact the construction projects
- Involve and interact with different stakeholders (Developers, owners, architects, and engineers) to optimize buildings/projects

**Required Qualifications**
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time efficiently.
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Energy, Sustainability, or a related discipline.**:

- 6 years (at least ) of related experience in:

- Sustainability
- Construction Industry
- Energy
- Climate change, and/or management consulting
- Property Development
- Implementing sustainability standards to building, standards
- UAE Government Laws
- Reduce Energy / Wastage

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
