**Description**:

- Supervises & directs the routine activities and tasks assigned including manpower, material planning, and scheduling and to ensure its properexecution.
- Manages the Technicians based on their trades, divides them into teams and assigns tasks to each team to accomplish it within the allocated time.
- Inspects work for completeness.
- Determines material, equipment, and supplies to be used. Transfers equipment and Personnel from one project to another as necessary.
- Coordinates or installs, inspects repairs and maintains the ELV systems and other related systems in all project locations.
- Coordinates or inspects, operates and maintains the systems.
- Coordinates renovations of existing facilities.
- Coordinates and inspects major & minor maintenance contract works.
- Ability to meet and deal tactfully and courteously with fellow employees and clients/vendors/contractors.
- Ability to perform various clean-up and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Ability to update inventories and other supplies as needed.
- Ability to understand complex written and oral instructions.
- Thorough knowledge of the occupation hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of assigned duties.
- Ensure maintenance service quality of high standards.
- Monitors stock availability in co-ordination with the storekeeper and ensures uninterrupted supply of materials to the project site as and whenrequired.
- Request to Site Engineer/Team Leader for the support of equipment’s/tools, as required.
- Monitors productivity and efficiency of Technicians, methods and equipments used in executing work activities and takes corrective measures ifnecessary.
- Resolves problems and conflicts of workers and forward serious issues to the Site Engineer/Team Leader.
- Resolve the problem with other trades at site.
- Ensure Quality, Health & Safety standards are maintained.
- Reporting system as per project and company requirement to be followed.
- Prepare and make sure timely submission of project wise time sheet as per the prescribed standard of the Company.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management with respect to the concerned Department.
