Contracts Administrator

**Role Description**:
Contract Management services, inclusive of drafting Contracts, Sub-Contracts, Consultancy Agreements, LOAs, Contractual Correspondences, generating Work Orders in Xpedeon, etc.
Must be Certified MRICS
**Responsibilities**:
**Contract Management**:
01. Good Knowledge of MEP Contracting, MEP services/systems/sequence.
02. Adhere to the organization’s Standard Operating Procedures and ensure compliance.
03. Identify Risks in MEP Tender Packages, quantify them, and provide mitigation measures to the Project Manager and other stakeholders of projects.
04. Draft, review, and respond to Contractual Correspondences in coordination with Project Managers and other stakeholders of projects.
05. Formulating claims [Extension of Time, Disruption, Acceleration, Abortive Works] for submission to the Main Contractor.
06. Evaluate sub-contractors claims and contractually protect organization from all risks associated with sub-contracting.
07. Supporting Commercial Department in evaluating sub-contractors variation; and
08. Advise on complex contractual matters by purposing the best suitable solutions to avoid/mitigate / transfer risks and protect the organization from such risks.
09. Must be well versed with FIDIC and another type of contracts and capable to draft contracts and other contractual instruments.
**Document Management and Maintaining Contemporary Records**:
01. Establish, Manage, and enforce document management process to control and monitor all Contracts / Sub-Contracts / LOAs prepared for M/s Freesia.
02. Ensure all Original Contracts / Sub-Contracts / LOAs are received by Freesia from The Central Procurement Department and file them in separate files.
03. Conduct bi-weekly meetings/workshops with team members to track the status of pending Contracts / Sub-Contracts / LOAs.
