**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise administrative staff, provide guidance and training.
- Manage patient scheduling, optimize efficiency, and maintain records.
- Oversee billing processes, financial transactions, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and implement quality assurance measures.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Foster a positive patient experience and address inquiries and concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in healthcare administration, preferably in dental/aesthetic clinics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing, and compliance standards.

**Additional Information**:

- Reports to Clinic Manager/Director.
- Contributes to clinic success through efficient administration and patient care.

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
