Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced and talented Telesales Agent/ Admissions Officer to convert leads into enrolments

Specific Requirements:

- Sales Executive/Student Recruitment Officer* to convert leads into enrolments.
- Successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Good sales ability
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
- Expected to reach a daily average of 80-100 calls per day including lead generation and responding to telephone queries.
- You will be implementing student recruitment activities to expand the higher education and vocational training prospective students.
- From supplied leads, you will need to qualify leads to nurture them through their decision path and then convert them into enrolled students.
- You will be required to maintain and update CRM with interactions with prospective students.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics will be well regarded.
- You will be involved in the execution of various student recruitment events, activities, and exhibitions.
- Providing support to the admissions team as required.

Job Qualifications and Experience:

- Preferably 2+ years relevant telesales/telemarketing experience including lead generation and responding to telephone queries.
- Education industry background is preferable.
- Must have effective English language written and oral communication skills.
- Good understanding of MS Applications - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work with and in a team environment Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure is required.
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
