**The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for increasing Sales for the Creative and Specialty division.**

**Under this division we undertake design / production and installation of Specialty projects.**

- **Events and Exhibitions**:

- **Specialty Interior Fit Outs**

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing marketing and sales strategies.
- Creating a strong Client Database in the above industries.
- Spreading awareness of the services offered by the company.
- Suggesting appropriate solutions to clients depending on requirements and inquiries.
- Reporting Leads and working in collaboration with the department.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
- Answering client’s questions in a professional manner.
- Participating in exhibitions and conferences which are industry related.
- Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.
- Handling complaints of the clients.
- Negotiating the deals with the clients.
- Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and services.
- Taking feedbacks from the clients.
- Writing monthly reports on the performance of the department.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field.
- With valid UAE driving license
- Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales Department.
- At least 2 years UAE experience is an advantage
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics.
- A result-driven and organized individual.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Outstanding project management skills.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Good negotiation and sales skills.
- Understanding of design would be an added.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
