**Responsibilities**:
Monitor and manage inventory levels of food products.

Ensure proper stock rotation to minimize product expiry.

Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and restocking

Maintain a clean and organized appearance in the food section.

Conduct regular checks for damaged or expired items and remove them promptly.

Collaborate with the marketing department to implement sales and promotional activities.

Monitor the performance of promotions and adjust strategies as needed.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Train staff on food safety practices and protocols.

**Qualification**:
A high school diploma is usually the minimum requirement. However, a college degree in business, management, or a related field may be preferred.

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail or food industry is often preferred. Experience in managing a food section or department is a significant advantage.

Understanding of food safety regulations and practices is crucial to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Excellent customer service skills are essential, as the In charge will interact with customers, address their concerns, and ensure their satisfaction.

A good understanding of the products in the food section, including knowledge of different food categories, brands, and trends.
