Job Description for Operations Manager:
Driven by the vision of creating unique home-grown food concepts that foster connections, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our diverse brands. The Operations Manager will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of all operational facets, from production and supply chain management to customer service and quality control.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead and manage all employees across 10 branches efficiently.
2. Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
3. Innovate the menu and introduce new products to satisfy customer needs.
4. Conduct market analysis, monitor competitors, and steer strategic direction.
5. Implement new concepts to enhance business operations.
6. Identify potential branch locations, conduct cost analysis, and present expansion plans.
7. Oversee daily sales performance and implement strategies to boost sales.
8. Manage and optimize expenses across all branches.
9. Supervise the main and satellite warehouses for seamless operations.
10. Generate and deliver daily sales reports, analyze data, and implement improvements.
11. Prepare monthly branch expense reports for review.
12. Manage supplier accounts, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
13. Oversee social media accounts, collaborate with content creators, and create engaging content.
14. Coordinate with the call center team to address customer queries promptly.
15. Utilize delivery platforms to reduce commission rates and engage in promotional campaigns.
16. Collaborate with social media influencers to create effective marketing campaigns.
17. Ensure compliance and proficiency in all assigned responsibilities.
18. Ensure timely collection and follow-up on rent checks for all locations.
Qualifications:
1. Strong leadership skills to manage multiple teams effectively.
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in restaurant management, operations, and branch expansion.
3. Excellent communication skills to foster a positive work environment.
4. Proficient in market analysis, strategic planning, and financial management.
5. Demonstrated ability to innovate, adapt to market trends, and develop new concepts.
6. Experience in managing social media platforms, coordinating with influencers, and creating compelling content.
7. Familiarity with delivery programs like Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, etc., for optimizing business strategies.
8. Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively.
9. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
10. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
