Maintenance In-charge

**Job Purpose**:
To be Responsible for maintenance of the plant equipment’s and facilities as well as Capex deployment and expansion of the plant

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Maintenance of all Plant equipment’s and accomplishing the various preventive, breakdown, and shutdown maintenances in time.
- Assure and plan for the requirement of spares to lead to no downtimes due to their lack.
- Participate in maintenance planning meetings on a periodic basis and ensure compliance to commitments done.
- Support Plant Manager in execution of process expansions in various stages - design requirements, validation, execution, and commissioning of new systems.
- Work on cost savings to the Company my minimizing the break downs and proactive actions (control of maintenance costs).
- Coordination with the suppliers, service providers, AMC contractors and Authorities.
- Coordinate and carry out Calibration activities of Plant equipment’s and coordination for Operational fitness Certificate requirements.
- Plan and implement training of staff including induction training of new staff.
- Execute under the advice of the Plant Manager, the various expansion projects of capex nature.
- Planning and procurement of spares, consumables including vendor enlistment and purchase cycle, repairs etc.,
- Implementation of Work permit system and propose changes / up gradations.
- Overall responsibility of QHSE requirements during maintenance process.
- Continuous vigilance to new HSE risks and manage the same through HSE System.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE Policy, rules & regulations and PPE requirements.
- Manage and control maintenance team.
- Follow QHSE procedures & guidelines and be responsible to manage and deliver for agreed indicators by controlling the maintenance process.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jebel Ali: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 2 years (required)
- Lubricant Industry: 2 years (preferred)
- Technical work on filling, pumps and other: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English Fluently (preferred)
