We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team and lead our sales efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success in meeting sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas of improvement and recommend appropriate actions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the UNOO brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Train sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to sales representatives to foster their professional development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to seize opportunities and mitigate potential threats.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team, providing insights and recommendations for future sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role, preferably in the retail sector
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Retail: 3 years (required)
- Supervisor: 2 years (required)
