- STADA is seeking a**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the Oncology and Neurology fields to introduce our brand and increase brand loyalty.
- Establish and nurture connections with procurement professionals in both government and private markets in the UAE and Oman.
- Plan and execute the launch, listing, and management of marketing investments for our products.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within healthcare providers, ensuring our products reach the right audience.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with various departments of our distributors, including sales, legal, finance, and supply chain.
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, return on investment (ROI), and conduct regular sales analysis for the assigned accounts on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute, monitor, and evaluate healthcare professional (HCP) and consumer campaigns, providing valuable feedback and market insights.

**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management in the UAE, specifically within the Oncology and Neurology specialties.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing customer relationships and driving sales growth within key hospital and pharmacy chains across the UAE.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to Oman when required.
