**What you will do**: As a Watersports instructor you will guide from a Guide Boat, our guests who will drive our self-drive jetski boats along the scenic dubai coastline, Share stories about the landmarks along the way, take pictures/videos of the guests & help ensure a memorable tour. You need to be able to communicate effectively with anyone and everyone. You will need to operate and maintain company watercraft and boats.
- **You Need to be**:_Experienced_**. **This is a marine environment so you will have worked in such, be quick thinking/moving. You will be responsible to ensure the tours are carried out as per the stcw/marine & safety guidelines of the PCFC(DMCA), Coast Guard, Harbour/Marinas & Company policies/code of ethics.
- We are seeking a motivated team workers with great work ethics, *temperament* & customer handling skills.
- We want an individual looking to learn new things while contributing to the smooth operations of the tours. Grow with Us.
- **Multilingual speakers with Good level of French and/or German and/or Russian (spoken: good, written: fair). **Other European languages & Arabic is an added advantage, not only increase your chance of being hired but also a negotiable package. Language tests will be carried out by native speakers so please be aware.
- You will be tested on a sea trial (boat handling and jetski) customer service/handling & of-course language competency during the interview & practical test.
- **Certifications**:Mandatory are aValid STCW Basic Safety Training, RYA/IYT 12Meter certificate (with VHF certificate is a plus) & PCFC/DMCA Commercial license. Watersports & Language certifications are a Huge Plus & will have a positive impact on overall package.

**Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Watersports: 1 year (required)
- Boat Captain: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French &/or German &/or Russian (required)
- Very good English (required)

License/Certification:

- DMCA/PCFC 12 meter Commercial Master or Guide License (required)
- VHF certificate (preferred)
- STCW Basic Safety Training certificate(s) (required)
