Your skill-set is essential, with Sea Riders, it’s also about personality. We’re always looking for friendly, energetic and approachable individuals to join our brilliant team. Instructor will be responsible for the delivery of high quality water sports sessions to a variety of groups and individuals.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

- To be well presented with a professional attitude at all times.
- Has at least 5 years of experience of driving Wake Boats.
- Able to assist beginners to advance riders.
- Assist in the preparation, organisation, delivery and the running of activities for all guests both on and off the water.
- To be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties as requested by your Operation manager
- Ability to deliver fun, engaging, safe and informative Wakeboarding, Donut & Banana ride, SUP & Kayak tips & tricks
- Skilled in safety and on water rescue practice
- The ability to confidently hold a conversation in English. (other language like russian & french will be added as an advantage).

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
