The mandatory in this position is responsible for supporting the Assistant Loss Prevention Manager for implementing, overseeing and monitoring all security matters and the enforcement of security policies and regulation forthe protection of guests, employees, properties and classified information and from injury, damage, loss and theft.A Full Time position based atJW Marriott Marquis Dubai.Number of Direct Reports - N/ATitles of Direct Reports - N/A Experience:3-4 years of experience with hospitality security, Police or military Skills and KnowledgeComputer skillsEnglishLanguageLeader shiftWell fit Education orCertificationHigh school or equivalentDubai Police Security Officer/ Supervisor Certificate (DPS) The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the positionPatrol all areas of the property; secure rooms; assist guests with room access.Conduct emergency response drills, daily physical hazard/safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audit.Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems. Authorize, monitor, and document access to secured areas. Assist guests/employees during emergency situations.Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as requiredGatherinformation and complete reportsConduct safety briefingMaintain confidentiality of reports/documents, release information to authorized individuals.Proper documentation of all accidents, incidents, Marriott Threat condition, ISRA, SSA Files at LP office. and follow up accordinglyBe well versed and knowledgeable of JWMM Fire and Evacuation procedures as well as health and safety requirements in the Workplace. Safety and SecurityReport work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to manager/supervisor.Follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports oftheft.
