Procurement - Document Controller - Tagalog Speaker

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and manage all procurement documents including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Ensure all documents are properly filed, both electronically and physically, and are easily retrievable.
- Regularly update and archive documents as per the company's retention policy.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in procurement laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE.
- Conduct regular audits of procurement documentation to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain necessary documentation.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely submission of procurement documents.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to procurement documentation.
- Utilize document management systems (DMS) for tracking and managing procurement documents.
- Train and support team members in using the document management systems effectively.
- Ensure data integrity and security of procurement documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, document status, and compliance issues.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve procurement documentation processes.
- Identify areas for improvement in document control processes and implement best practices.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Pay: AED4,500.00 per month
