Hartland International School seeks to appoint an exceptional Head of **Computing **to support our expansion and provision across this phase of the school.

**The Post**
- Hold a relevant degree and a recognised teaching qualification
- Have experience of teaching Computing whether that be in the UK or in an international setting
- Have a minimum five years teaching experience
- Have a proven track record of exceptional results in the teaching of GCSE and A Level Computing or IB Diploma.
- Have exceptional communication skills
- Be committed to the Hartland Values which can be found on our website

Hartland International School is in its seventh year of operation and is already an established name on the educational landscape of Dubai.

We offer the Early Years Foundation Stage programme, followed by the National Curriculum for England across primary and Key Stage 3, with a full and wide range of GCSEs and A Levels in the upper secondary. The school is an accredited COBIS member, has received The Challenge Award from NACE and is a member of BSME.

We are committed to the delivery of the arts across our curriculum and believe that it has a crucial place in the timetable. With specialist teachers delivering Drama and Music across the primary phase, and with external specialist partnerships for Dance and instrumental lessons, we offer a unique access to our children to experiment with expression through the arts. **Unique language immersion programme**

To help students shape, retain and connect with the world, Hartland offers multiple language learning opportunities with a unique language immersion programme and an option to choose from 4 languages in the primary phase: Spanish, French, German and Mandarin. In Year 7, we add Italian to the language options available.
