5. **Inventory Management**:

- Implement inventory control measures, such as Just-In-Time (JIT) procurement and materials tracking systems, to optimize resource utilization and reduce waste.

6. **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies governing procurement activities.
- Identify and assess potential risks related to supply chain disruptions, price fluctuations, and geopolitical factors, developing contingency plans to mitigate impact on project schedules and costs.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier communications in accordance with internal controls and audit requirements.
